Παράλληλα, είμαστε σε διαδικασία κομποστοποίησης της οργανικής ύλης που απορρίπτουμε κατά τη διάρκεια της διαλογής.

Στις 18/06 είναι η Ημέρα Βιώσιμης Γαστρονομίας. Μικρές πράξεις, όπως η αγορά και κατανάλωση μόνο των τροφίμων που χρειαζόμαστε, η αποθήκευση και επαναχρησιμοποίηση των leftovers, μπορούν να φέρουν σπουδαίο αποτέλεσμα.

We advocate the sustainable gastronomy and the actions against food waste. We study the culinary needs of a household so as the quantities of our packed fresh products to be exactly what a consumer needs, without any loss, since the entire content of the package can be consumed. Moreover, we are in composting process of the organic matter we reject during selection.

On June 18th is the Sustainable Gastronomy Day. Small actions, such as purchasing and consuming only the food we need, storing and reusing leftovers, can yield significant results.
