Spaghetti with Aroma Garlic Chives and Olive Oil

Boil the spaghetti in salted water and simultaneously heat the olive oil at a low temperature, adding the chopped garlic chives and the chili flakes and cook for a few minutes while stirring.


Strain the spaghetti, put them back into the pot and toss them with the flavored olive oil.


Remove from the heat, add the 100 g. of parmesan cheese and mix again. Garnish with freshly ground pepper, parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.

  • 500 gr. spaghetti
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 25 gr. fresh chopped Aroma garlic chives
  • 1 pinch chili flakes (or more, if you are a fan of spicy dishes)
  • 200 gr. grated parmesan cheese
  • leaves Aroma basil
  • freshly ground pepper
  • salt
