Roast lamb with “Aroma” fresh herbs

Don’t want or don’t have the opportunity to skewer? We suggest you a simple recipe for lamb or goat in the oven, but it will look like a skewer

Preheat oven to 180oC. Wash and chop the fresh thyme. Wash thoroughly the lamb and rub the lemon all over it, so as salt, pepper and thyme to stick on it.

Wash the vine shoots and the fresh rosemary sprigs and place them in the oven pan. Add some water in the oven pan – preventing fat from sticking – and place the lamb on it. Roast for 2 – 2 ½ hours.

  • 2-3 lemons
  • 2 trays "Aroma BBQ Seasoning 75 g" (rosemary and thyme)
  • salt and pepper
