Spicy Chicken

If you love extra spicy recipes, try the one that follows!

Cut the chicken into pieces and season with salt and pepper. Chop Habanero by using gloves. Put the olive oil in a pan to warm over high heat and add the chicken, habanero and fresh thyme in it. Mix until the chicken is cooked (about 15 minutes). Add mustard and paprika one minute before the end of cooking and mix.

  • 2 chicken leg fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 fresh hot pepper Habanero “Aroma”
  • 5-6 sprigs of fresh thyme “Aroma”
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • salt
  • pepper


  • Place a large saucepan over high heat to heat well and add the oil
  • Saute the minced meat for 4-5 minutes, stirring well to break well
  • Add the chopped onion and continue sautéing until the onion is soft.
  • Add the beef broth, tomato base sauce, green pepper, Florin pepper, corn, black beans, BBQ sauce, jalapenos, salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Lower the heat and simmer the minced meat until cooked through and the liquids are dry.
  • Remove the minced meat from the heat, add the yellow cheese together with the chopped fresh coriander and leave it to cool a bit.
  • Fill the tortillas with the minced meat and serve
