Fresh coriander leaves are used on salads, sauces and soups, and as a spice both dried, fresh or seeds on meat, cold meats, soups, pickles, pastry fillings, biscuits and breads. It is also used from flavoring spirits and beverages. In Arab countries it is used for meat preservation, together with salt and pepper. Wash only the quantity you will use in your recipe prior to cooking. We have avoided intense rinsing for a freshest taste, aroma and nutrient preservation.
