Ingredients (for 4 servings)
500 g. spaghetti
120 ml olive oil
25 g. fresh chopped garlic herb Aroma
1 pinch of bukovo (more if you like hot ones)
200 g. Parmesan grated
fresh basil leaves Aroma
freshly ground pepper
salt

Implementation:

Boil the pasta in salted water and at the same time flavor the olive oil by heating it over a low heat and adding the fresh chopped garlic and boucovo. Stir for a few minutes until the garlic is wilted. Drain the pasta, put it back in the pot and pour over the flavored olive oil. Stir until the spaghetti is coated. Take the pasta off the heat, add 100 gr. parmesan and mix. Garnish with freshly ground pepper, parmesan and fresh basil leaves.
